Paula Vennells Faces Inquiry on Post Office Scandal
Former Boss Stripped of CBE
Former Post Office boss Paula Vennells has appeared in tears at the inquiry into the Horizon scandal. The inquiry is investigating the wrongful convictions of hundreds of subpostmasters due to software errors.
